I believe therapy is a space where we come to slow down, feel understood, and develop a better understanding of ourselves and our place in the world. As a behavioral therapist, I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, chronic health conditions, and difficult life experiences. I believe our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and experiences are all connected. In therapy, I help clients better understand these connections, identify what matters most to them, and develop more flexible and intentional ways of responding to life's challenges.
My approach is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and psychoanalytic therapy. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves.
In order to best accommodate your needs, I offer flexible hours and telehealth options. If you have any questions or would like to learn more, feel free to call or email me.
