I offer a warm, collaborative space where we can explore what’s getting in the way of the life you want to live. My approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded in evidence-based care. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices, I’ll help you build insight, develop meaningful coping skills, and create lasting change.

My work is trauma-informed and deeply committed to affirming care. I have experience supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals and people navigating cultural identity, recovery, and major life transitions.

If you’re feeling disconnected, from others or even from yourself, or find yourself returning to patterns that leave you feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are, you are not alone. Together we can help you reconnect with what matters most.

Outside the therapy room, I’m inspired by music, film, literature, fitness, meditation, and travel. As a trained jazz saxophonist and a fluent French speaker who has lived and traveled across North America and Europe, I bring a sense of curiosity, openness, and cultural depth into my work. These experiences help me stay present, attuned, and flexible with the clients I support.

If you’re ready to move toward more connection, meaning, and self-trust, I would be honored to support you. You don’t have to do this alone.
